Benefits of Corn


Corn is food if we can be a variety of foods such as vegetables, or as a supplementary food such as grilled or boiled, Corn also has so many benefits, here are some benefits of the Corn:

1. Preventing anemia
Sweet corn is rich in vitamin B and folic acid can prevent anemia.

2. controlling cholesterol
Vitamin C, carotenoids and bioflavinoid contained in sweet corn keep the heart healthy by controlling cholesterol levels and improve blood flow in the body.

3. For skin care
Corn is rich in antioxidants, which helps in keeping the skin youthful. Corn oil is also a source of linoleic acid. While starch, useful for skin irritation and rashes.

4. indigestion
Corn fiber is good to relieve digestive disorders, such as preventing constipation, hemorrhoids and even lower the risk of colon cancer.

5. Rich in minerals
Yellow corn seeds which turned out to contain a mineral with a very high level. Corn also has many kinds of minerals, such as magnesium, manganese, iron and phosphorus most important. Phosphorus is essential for bone health and growth, and maintain kidney function to remain normal.
